Writing and Selling Personal Essays is a four week e-course with Jennifer Lawler, a veteran book author, magazine writer and essayist. Her essays have appeared in publications as diverse as Family Circle, Neurology Now, Minnesota Monthly and the popular Chicken Soup for the Soul series. Each week, she’ll email a lesson to students, who can then discuss and post their questions and essays to an email list restricted to students. The goal of the class is for each student to complete a salable essay (800 – 1500 words) through feedback and revision. We’ll work together to determine the best market placements for your essay and celebrate your successes! The cost for the course is $99.
